Growing up

Sometimes being an adult isn't making the right choice.  Sometimes being an adult is sticking by the decision you made.  Even when you were wronged or cheated.  Dealing correctly with the consequences that have come about.  Sometimes when you find yourself in a difficult situation you look back on your life to the decisions that brought you to that point.

Sometimes you learn from your mistakes finding what went wrong and sometimes you wish with all your heart that you could go back and tell yourself what you know now.  Would your adult self have listened to your younger self anyway?  Sometimes looking back is the bigger mistake.  Looking back may turn us to salt; and for good reason.  If we're looking back we will only stumble and fall harder.
